Resilience and Stress: (1-1.5 hours)

Has our resilience has ever been challenged quite as dramatically is it being challenged right now? For many of us our response is to merely offer a stiff upper lip, grin and bear it. The net result will inevitably be increased levels of stress and eventually, either acute boredom or burn- out. Neither of these outcomes is good for our business or our people.

This webinar will focus on how to practically manage our levels of stress by prioritising based on energising v de-energising tasks (shown to improve productivity by 19%) and increase our resilience by considering the 6 Domains of Resilience: vision, collaboration, composure, reasoning, health and tenacity and linking them to Coutu’s 3 ingredients of effective resilience: purpose, facing the facts and working with the resources that you have.
