Difficult Conversations: (1-1.5 hours)

Even in ‘normal’ times we are sometimes called upon to have difficult conversations with our colleagues. Many people fear confronting others when the subject is a contentious one in case things get worse, but in actual fact there a few simple rules that maximise the effectiveness by which we can conduct even the toughest of conversations.

Utilising a simple 4-Step model we will explore and practice having difficult conversations during this interactive webinar.

We will look at the need to prepare thoroughly, not only in terms of what you are going to say, but how you prepare to be in ‘the right state’ as opposed to ‘a right state’ to land your message correctly.

This approach is suitable for difficult conversations from a 360 degree perspective; with direct reports, colleagues or even managers.
